AU where Rick dreamed up the whole walker apocalypse thing and was really in a coma the whole time.
The group were just people he saw around the hospital in and out of consciousness. Two year pass and he wakes up to find all that out and has to adjust to everyone being not who he thought they were. The key points are that Lori and Shane did hook up and have Judith. Carl was the only one to visit him fairly often after a point. Sometimes with his half sister, too.
